For decades, the modular construction industry has struggled with the same fundamental challenges : imprecise connections, excessive rework, high capital costs, and systems that weren’t optimized for scale.
METALOQ was developed to address these challenges leveraging forty years of architectural detailing, fabrication, and modular system experience.
METALOQ was founded by Julian Bowron, whom previous modular connection invention was acquired by one of North America’s largest steel producers and deployed across multiple facilities, proving that precision modular technology, when done right, can scale globally.
METALOQ is a completely original, ground-up volumetric construction platform with six integrated innovations, patented in 3 countries and patent pending in 48 countries.
Today, METALOQ is actively licensing its system to progressive fabricators and modular builders around the world and continuing to develop the autonomous technologies that will define the future of offsite construction.
